Excelsior Avenue Grade Separation

A grade separation along Excelsior Avenue, taking traffic over future high-speed rail lines.

Location

Along Excelsior Avenue between Seventh Avenue and State Route 43 in Kings County.

Currently

Heading into Kings County, crews continue to work on an overcrossing at Excelsior Avenue between Seventh Avenue and State Route 43. Concrete has been placed to form the bridge deck that will eventually allow for Excelsior Avenue traffic to cross over the high-speed rail line. Next, crews will install barrier rail and begin paving the deck.
