At 9th Avenue, crews continue to construct the falsework for the superstructure of the future high-speed rail structure. Next, crews will tie rebar for the soffit of the structure, in preparation of a concrete placement. Both structures will carry high-speed trains above grade and allow traffic to pass underneath.
